Check nationality carefully
Great printer after getting set up. Accidentally switched from English to French at start of setup. Would not let me go back. I used my cell phone to translate from french back to English at each step along the way. Took me a lot longer but I made it. After total set up I was able to go in and change language to English. DO NOT BUY
Epson sent us a defective machine and customer service was 100% horrible. Refused to refund or send a new one, Told me we had to take a refurbished machine, would not give us an even swap for a new machine. Staples refused to help also. No Smart Panel for Windows!!
Easy to install, a little lengthy but good at the end. The major issue for me is the fact that there is no Smart Panel for Windows... there are 6 or 7 apps in different locations but nothing in one central location, to make the user life easier.

You're luck if it prints all the pages of the document
The printer was decent at first, but it has always been extremely slow. If you have a larger document that is over 100 pages, you would be lucky if it printed under 30 minutes. It has wasted me hundreds of pages of paper, because it would print the first half of the document, then freeze up, then restarts printing. For a $500+ printer, this is unacceptable. I ended up b...

Good while it lasted.
Printer stopped loading from sheet feeder a few months out of warranty. Second Epson that’s stopped , basically, at the end of the warranty period. Will not buy another Epson. Just my opinion.

Great printer
Great little printer. No color lines. Very conservative on ink. I printed 75 double sided bulletins for church and it barely used any ink.

So far so good. Fairly easy to set up and get going. Haven't used it much yet, but what I have printed has been clear.

Bang for the buck!
I bought this printer a month ago and it is working OK. Printing quality is great, low consumption, WiFi print and scan, robust. I does, though, some noise when it position its mechanics.

Probably the worse printer I have ever owned
The printer does not work more then It does. WiFi does not work at all. The lights and scanner light will not shut off. The automatic feeder jams up. When printing it takes multiple papers at the same time

The future of printing
Easy, straightforward setup in a feature-rich, cost-effective machine. Nice to break-free from the endless cycle of expensive, individual cartridges. Also great to reduce the plastic waste that those individual cartridges entailed.

one for my office and one for home
I liked the one for my office, I bought on for home. It paid for itself in not having to buy ink every time I turned around. Oh my goodness it is saving me so much money. Now I have one at home so I don't have to buy two different ink cartridges. Best buy.
