Great price and pictures
Bought about 2 months ago and love it! Have printed a lot of pictures and have used very little ink. If this was a regular ink jet printer i would have had to replace ink already. A little slow for documents but thats not what i bought this for. For the price you can't beat it.

I have one more day to return this printer. The scanner is incompatible with Apple computers. And t's impossible to get Canon technical support.

A true gem for photographers, writers, and artists making work at home
Love this printer. I bought this for multiple purposes about 7 months ago. I am a photographer and zine maker and have been able to produce all of my work at home because of this printer. Great price and pictures

How many techs does it take to resolve a printer issue
I would not recommend this printer. It took me four 1 1/2 hour phone calls from the day I bought the printer 6/30/25 to 8/25/25 to get the scanner issue resolved, ie, how to use all the scanner options. I use a Mac.

A pleasant surprise
For a small, inexpensive photo printer the Pixma G620 does far better then I had expected. Add the tanks rather than cartridges and it is a fine little machine. The biggest negative is its limited paper size, just know that going in.

Lacks Practical Design & major Flaw
This item is OK, great specs, but poorly designed and functional flaw.
Most people have to place this device in an alcove of other location that makes access to a “Rear Paper Tray” difficult or impossible w/o moving the printer. This is not good for the longevity of the printer or its alignment of the printer head. This is just plain impractical and stupid design IMHO.

Engineering/design needs improvement
We needed a new printer as our old printer of a different manufacturer had errors that could not be cleared. This was primarily for my wife. Her friend had excellent results with her color photography (we saw her prints displayed) and they both make cards. I need a printer to copy and or print articles and pamphlets. Love Having Six Ink Tanks, but Why No Mac Support?????
I love having six big ink tanks, but the lack of Mac driver support is baffling.

Doesn't stay connected to wi-fi and can't get it connected again
When I first installed the G620 printer it worked fine but the UI is very small font and difficult to use. After a few weeks I started getting connection errors and it wouldn't print, probably about 1/2 the time. Now it just is offline and I can't get it back on Wi-Fi. Tried troubleshooting tips. I may just throw this out and buy an HP.

Not grate
Tells me paper jam or clean heads. It's new. Won't do firmware 2.02 update. Cycled power and router.

Great Photos
This is an affordable photo printer for use at home. The quality of photo prints is great, better than any other printer I've owned in the past 7 years. The only features I wish this printer had are the ability to print double-sided. I thought I'd miss having a document feeder, but that has not been the case.

Good Printer
I got this one to replace a G3200 that died. I've been really impressed with the color, what I see on the computer is what I get from the printer. the 3200 I had, both of them would not match the color in the photos, especially red shades. I mostly do wildlife photos and colors have to be right.

Canon has proven to be the BEST
My new G620 Canon printer was easy to setup. The quality of the printer’s output is superior to my old PIXIMA printer. My experience with Canon Support has been the best over any other computer equipment supplier.

Serviceable parts (waste ink diaper) needs to be easily attainable.
So far, so good, with 40 photos printed in 4 X 6 format. Purchased extra printheads and ink. Waste ink diaper was not available. Anywhere. That is not good.

Excellent Printer
I bought this printer mainly for the cost of ink, very economical. What I didn't expect was the quality of the prints- excellent!

Great colors!
I’m in love with the range of colors offered with this printer! It’s actually surprising how much a difference the grey and red adds to my prints. Can’t forget about the tank ink system either, this thing lasts a while!

Only good for Photos
Returned printer. It does not flip pages for two-sided printing, is very slow and does not print on computer disks. Prints photos well, but not any better than my Pixma 7720.
