horrible experience. PHone call cut off. Their idea was not to replace the missing slider but to send a new one in which I would have to take out what was in the drawers receive the new one and deal with the mess of the box and all the styrofoam I live in a high rise. Never again to order from Staples!!!

Nice little under counter cabinet.
Large enough for a few files with a storage drawer and short enough to push under desk. I set my printer on top and its perfect size. The file slides being plastic might be a failure point time will tell.

How do you mess this up?
It's a file cabinet with the main purpose of storing files but the file drawer is just slightly too big for standard sized files. Therefore I have to use the adjustable setup for larger files which holds less files and wastes space. Other than that it's a nice looking cabinet and was delivered fully assembled.

File drawer was not a standard width and the top drawer was not a standard length; it does not open as far as the bottom drawer does.

First Piece of Home Office
I love the filing cabinet matches perfectly to room. Happily received the day after. One small part was missing but called and I was pleased the company shipped the little plastic calling guides promptly. Sturdy has a good weight to it. Considering buying a second.

the bottom stand was broken
When I opened the box the bottom stand was broken since it's snapped off from the MDF board there is no way to screw it back into the cabinet. Since it's too much hassle to ship it back we shifted the bottom stand to a different position so we can screw them in even it's unbalanced but it's still usable for the drawer part.
