Not good for fine point work.
The pens make good dark lines but even though they're marked "fine point" the lines are too wide for small spaces.

3 stars only, because Sharpies are not made with metal clips. The plastic clips bend and break and don't last long in my shirt pocket.

Not smudge free
The Pen is not smudge free on all paper. I used it on photo paper and it smudged. When stacked the ink transferred to the next photo,I had to reprint all the photos.☹️Wouldn’t buy again.

I preferred the other brand I tried
As for writing, this ink feels like a sharpie writing, not like a gel. I am okay with this, but the ink did not flow smoothly, and the nib was too small. I thought it would produce thicker letters.

Sharpie Gel Pen
Disappointed--guess I didn't pay enough attention. I like the pen, but it's blue ink. I wanted black ink. The pen is black and I didn't try it out before I bought it. Just thought it would be black ink since the pen is black.
