I love it

I ordered it on sept 12 didnt get it until dec16th not happy about the wait didnt get any kind of money off for my trouble will not go through this site again

Keeps the room very cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is pretty good at cooling down a large bedroom. It throws air out pretty good but could be a little stronger. It's energy efficient and won't make your electricity bill go up too much. It comes with a remote control.

THIS IS THE COOLEST!
I purchased this unit for our office warehouse and the improvement is quite impressive, the AC does not need to work continuously, even on the energy save mode this unit keeps the room temperature at the desired level no matter the outdoor conditions.

Works alright, but doesn't drain properly
It works alright, but doesn't drain properly. You can hear the fan swirling in liquid upon start. Word of wise run just the fan at night for at least 6 hours on low to get rid of built up condensation/ water. That way when you run it during the day it doesn't start up completely drenched in water.

Finally got it installed
We had to order a new thru-the-wall sleeve and got the AC installed… before the snow. Before wrapping the exterior we tested it and it works great. I really like the remote control.

Excellent quick cooling
This was a replacement for an older unit and I am amazed at the quick cooling. I have a cape cod home and this unit cooled my whole first floor on the lowest setting temp set at 67.
