Cooking rocks!!!
Had this AC for about a month and I can tell you, this was the best replacement of an Emerson that died on me. I do not had the Emerson for 2 years and during the hot summers it couldn’t keep up cooling my office shed. When it hits triple digits the shed stays about 82-86 when the sun is beating against it. The LG has been a total lifesaver.

Frustrating
I haven’t received my product even though it says I have. My house is currently siting at 92 in my house and that isn’t good for me or my kids. This is ridiculous I have been calling several times and keeping get told it’s on it’s way and I still haven’t received.

Cooking rocks!!!

THIS IS THE COOLEST!
I purchased this unit for our office warehouse and the improvement is quite impressive, the AC does not need to work continuously, even on the energy save mode this unit keeps the room temperature at the desired level no matter the outdoor conditions.

Works so well

Terrible Service
Bought an air conditioner and got it installed. Unit would not cool, but everything else worked. After talking to LG on the phone for awhile, they refused to honor their warranty and service the AC unit. The unit was brand new and I live in a major metropolitan area. I’ll never buy LG again!

Works alright, but doesn't drain properly
It works alright, but doesn't drain properly. You can hear the fan swirling in liquid upon start. Word of wise run just the fan at night for at least 6 hours on low to get rid of built up condensation/ water. That way when you run it during the day it doesn't start up completely drenched in water.

The ac didn't work out the box.
The ac was damaged brand new. It didn't work. Terrible customer service. No help at all

Finally got it installed
We had to order a new thru-the-wall sleeve and got the AC installed… before the snow. Before wrapping the exterior we tested it and it works great. I really like the remote control.

Excellent quick cooling
This was a replacement for an older unit and I am amazed at the quick cooling. I have a cape cod home and this unit cooled my whole first floor on the lowest setting temp set at 67. Didn't last long
Got a few months use out of it before it quit cooling and the dry mode quit functioning. Unfortunately we didn't write the serial number down before setting up the unit and they conveniently put the serial number where the unit goes through the wall so now we have to take the entire unit out to get the number. Don't bother
We bought this back in April and ever since we had it, it was noisy and vibrated a lot. We just thought maybe it was because it was a larger unit but we had never seen a through wall a/c this noisy. Not impressed
I have two units of LG brand Air Conditioner. First unit is not cold enough, so brought bigger unit. Not even one year, error code showed up and not working. Called service there time and still can't fix yet. Planning to buy different brands.
