Best Choice I Could Have Made!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on what size unit I needed to cool my garage so that I could work on all of my "Honey Do's" and found that my LW18171VSM was the best match for my needs both by size and by cost. I have had my A/C working now for nearly a year and could not be happier. It really helps me beat our hot Texas days!

Great air conditioner all that I had hoped for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for a month and it does what we needed it is cooling 800 sq feet in the hot part of a Texas summer where we broke a record for 100 degree days in a month Awesom!

Great window unit

Island Salt Water :(
This AC unit was nice at the beginning for our 970sqft condo, but we've had it for 2.5 years and the salt water has started to corrode the outside fins. The installer thought it was weird that there wasn't a drain plug or any discussion in the manual about having it drain. It now looks like this might be related to the corrosion issue. Since I'm wheelchair bound, my neighbor installed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It installed just in time with the heat wave hitting across the country. The unit has kept our bedroom, as well as the bathroom and kitchen a pleasant and constant 70°. The only problem is I was unable to link my phone to the unit.

Stopped working less than a year later
I bought this August 2021 and it stopped working June 2022. I am so mad because I paid alot for this!!! My cheap a/c is still working compared to this garbage.

Good features, modern look.

The square part of all the carriage bolts were to long and the hex nuts would not tighten up enough to secure the bracket parts together. Had to make a trip to the hardware store to buy so...

18,000 BTU DUAL Inverter Smart wi-fi Enabled Windo

Highly recommend this unit, looking forward to this winter to try out the heat inverter. My sister just brought one and was equally excited. Love the set and forget.
