Used to be the best product :(
These used to be the best for cleaning, however the last 4 boxes of refills I have purchased are terribly poor quality. I have a kit in all 4 of my bathrooms, but I suppose I'll have to find a new cleaning solution. These refills fall apart every time on the first wiping motion you make. I am really disgusted. Used them for years
You have to press these firmly on the wand and feel them engage. I set the new head on the tile floor and push down with the wand to make sure this happens before I start cleaning. They do a thorough cleaning job even though they don't remove calcium deposits. Nothing I've tried works for that except a pumice stone. I've never lost one in the toilet after years of using...

Refills hard to find
I had been looking for refills for my Clorox Toilet Wand. It can be a hit-and-miss search. This quantity was priced decently enough.

Pads falling off
I have to say this product doesn't work very well anymore. The pad falls off just a little after scrubbing the toilet. This product used to be great .

Product Changed
I thought they were redesigned to be flushed but looked at the description and says do not flush. Like the other comments say, this will fall apart. I was able to get the job done barely but my wife had to put gloves on and fish it out of the toilet. I’m going to throw the other packs away and find something else because I don’t want to deal with the outcome.

The toilet wand refills are not so!
I used to love using your Clorox toilet wand with its cleaning pads. I don’t know what happened with the quality of the pads but, today topped the cake. I had to go through 3 refill pads to clean one toilet. Usually, the pad would last through the cleaning of the toilet. I love your brand, & this isn’t what I expected from Clorox!

I have used these a long time. I had a batch that fell apart about 2 yrs ago but they work great and as expected.

Designed for Above the Water line. What a joke!
This is what the instructions state, no wonder Clorox just ignores the complaints. Clorox must consider us dolts for "not following the instructions" What a cowardly company and a useless product. Who buys this "toilet wand" to clean only part of their toilet?

Falls Apart
These Wand Refills fall apart at the first swab. Don't push it into the bottom, or you'll lose the pad down the drain. Lots of nice soap suds for nothing.

Changing for the worst!
Like other reviewers, it used to be my favorite until they changed it. It falls apart as soon as it hits the water, got to work quickly and gently or you’ll have to fish out the scrub from the toilet bowl. It must be the kindergartners that designed the product, not made for use.

Toilet wand refills
I have now had to throw multiple boxes of refill heads away. This is a problem within the last couple of years. They fall apart sometimes before they even make it to the water. Hope you decide to go back to original version.

Poor quality
I used to absolutely love this product, but something has changed. They fall apart as soon as they get in the water. There is no way you can actually scrub the toilet because the sponges separate right above the blue chemical area then you are left to fish it out of the toilet bowl. They didn’t used to do this.
