waste of money
I do not print a great deal, maybe 100 sheets a month. I have had the printer for 4 months and I am replacing the cartridges for the 3rd time.

Solid printer. Easy to set up and operate. Touch screen is the only option I wish it had. Easily printed Excel sheets on 11x17 and 13x19 which was the reason for purchase.

Printer didn't last one month.
I purchased it in December 2024 but I don't open it until February 2025 I printered for about two weeks an a error code pop up so I googled the code and it stated that print head was damaged. I did have to do several print head clean because the black ink was skipping from day one. I was way over my return date so therefor I'm just stuck with a printer that doesn't wo...

Don't bother
Ive had the printer for a little over a month. I printed 100 pages and ran out of ink. I've purchased the xl cartridges, and printed another 200 pages (just a bit of colour) and I'm getting low cartridge warnings again. Nowhere near the 600 pages it claims to print. Constantly lagging, connection issues,and printing partial pages.

Wf-7310 keeps jamming, the ink is fast. Not a good printer!
The printer I purchased (wf-7310) did not meet my satisfaction! I do own the wf-7210 and I love it! I still love Epson customer service though. Maybe I just got a bad printer.

Money grab
day 1, I've printed 120 pages, they all looked good, but light. Now I am out of ink. I have only had the printer for 6 hours and all of the ink cartridges are empty except black

Got this printer 12/2022 and now it will not register the ink cartridge, followed all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It is out of warranty so now I have no choice but to have to put out money for a new one. Also, when using the rear feed it constantly jams wasting paper.

Un-necessary complicated paper selection
I purchased this to print 13" X 19" prints. I've had several two Epson's 1400 and 1430 Wide Format printers which were great. The print quality is fine with this one. Regardless of what I tried this thing kept prompting me to fix paper jams which it didn't have over and over in the two lower paper trays even if I reset (and/or) and restart it. You would expect...

I used up the first black in cartridge and replaced it. It says it doesn't recognize the new $40 ink cartridge. It just shows an error and I can't do anything else with it. Not at all pleased with this printer. I don't use the printer very often but the warranty has already expired.

Connectivity issues
Connects to wifi but would not connect to any devices through wifi connection. Tried with phones, macbooks, tablets. Practically useless and returned after a two days.

Prints are excellent, different sizes can be problematic
The printing ability is excellent for thicker than normal substrates including fabric. The ability to send unstandard sizes to the printer is not, even when I create a new size. I have had to print an 11x14 print on 11x17 size in order for the printer to accept it.

Don't.
Regrettable purchase, if you need to print any paper besides plain letter. No touch screen, rear paper feed needs to be handled like a baby bird and even then, good luck getting it to print any quality paper.

So far I love it. It was easy to set up and had good quality prints. It is primarily being used for the print source for my Cricut output. Especially like the extra large print feature. Worked really well for printing large designs on T Shirts. The only negative is the ink is a bit pricey but the performance and quality offset that.
