Easy to pick up at local Staples
Thank you for carrying this specialized descaling powder. Lesser quality are available at hardware stores, but my Moccamaster requires the Urnex quality. I appreciate being able to buy this locally. It did not arrive as schedules but that was not a Staples issues…it was a FedEx issue and weather. I will continue to buy this from Staples.

Lack of communication
Status of online order was never communicated. After almost a month, customer service was contacted and was informed that item had been delivered to the store but was no longer available because customer did not pick up. I was never notified that it was ready for pickup and teacking link showed that it was being prepared. In the meantime, credit card was charged. If I ...

I found a few of these in the back of my junk drawer and had a hard time finding them until I ordered from you. They work great on thermos bottles, air pots, commuter mugs, and carafes!

after using still had the "descale" warming lit up.
Used this on my Breville Coffee maker after the descale warning light lit up.
Mixed the powder in the coffee pot, and poured it into the water tank. Ran the coffee maker (with no beans in the grinder). Warning light still lit up. Tried 3 times. Warning light still lit up.
Gave up and used vinegar. Once. Light disappeared.
