The Phone is ok
Phone is ok. Unfortuantely the Link to cell app is outdated and does not work on new phones!!! Not sure why QR code there if they dont update the App . App says not available as it was made for an older version of Android. I think this is false advertising by AT&T as this phone model just came out but the app hasnt not bee updated in years!

Nice phone but
It has lots of nice features but my wife doesn’t like the smart call feature. I guess you have to be a touch techie to appreciate it. Also it looks like you should be able to add pictures to the contacts but there are no instructions. Also the other phones ring once before this set of phones ring. Not sure why. Would I buy it again? Probably.

setting up instructions
I am not tech smart- directions are not clear. terms I have no idea what they are talking about I have read and studied the instructions but still have not been able to get it set up completely

confusing user interface
the menu system was clunky my 80 yo mom did not stand a chance and it took painful trial and error to find out how to enter a space into a name like "john smith"

This is a fantastic system. Beautiful bright clear display viewable from across the room. Best of any I've seen yet. Really easy to set up although printed instructions may be a bit intimidating at first glance. third phone bought from staples to go bad in under 4 years

I feel the instructions could be more user friendly. When setting up phone numbers in the directory using a handset I could not figure out how to backspace when an incorrect letter/number was entered.
