Printer was delivered today and it is amazing. It was so easy to set up with the downloaded app to my phone and walked me right through setting it up. The setup on my computer was just as easy. So far, not completely happy
The print quality seems pretty good. I can not get my iPhone 16 pro to print to it. My old iPad and MAC print to it just fine. I have just set it up. Plan to play with it more. If my phone won't print to it, I will probably return it.

Nice Printer
Bought this to replace my Canon, and before that HP, printer, neither of which would stay connected to the network in spite of following all troubleshooting and configuration tips and countless hours trying.
This Epson is rock solid, always connected to the network and ready to print.

New printer
I went to Staples to buy a printer. I knew what I wanted, but the color I wanted was out of stock. The woman at the store helped order the printer and sign up with their reward program. She was very knowledgeable and fast. This was a Sunday, we had our new printer by Monday evening. Tuesday we were up and running.

First time buying a printer in ages, and wow, did this one surprise me! Ink feels like it lasts forever, which is shocking since I'm printing countless photos and memories. :)

Scanning issues
I have had this printer for 2 years. I will not connect to my work computer to scan. Printing is fine but it will not scan. When scanning you must continually add pages to the flat bed. Pages will not load via paper feed. Probably would not buy this printer again.

Do not buy if you have an EERO network
This printer is a terrible choice if you are using EERO or some other WIFI home web that uses both a 2.5 GHZ and 5 GHZ bands. If your computer, tablet or phone is accessing your EERO on 5 GHZ your Epson printer will NOT work.
