AMAZING!!!
I got my new ninja air fryer today and boooy was I excited. It's totally decked out with features from baking to dehydration and all in between. Was packaged very nice and tight. And I've already used it and made myself done crispy tots... And they wher done in 5 min. I'll have to get used to the temps and times, but it automatically went to 20min, and after 5 I started...

Extremely Disappointed
I like another persons review on here used our air fryer one day and then a few days later went to use it and it won’t turn on at all. I bought it a year ago. Loved it .Cooked one night, plugged it in next day and... nothing. No lights just did not work. No happy at all.

Plastic smell
This is my second attempt with an air fryer. The first one I had smelled like plastic and the food did as well. This one is the same way. Yuck

Easy to use!
After reading up on air fryers and watching many videos on them I decided to purchase the Ninja. I also have purchased their coffee makers (two) and their slow cooker multi cook (two of them also). I wasn't surprised at the quality as Ninja always comes out on top. It does have an oder the first few times you use it, but it dissipates with use. I give it a 10 on a score...

Easy to use ans very easy to clean
I have had it about 2 weeks. I have cooked French fries, Brussels Sprouts, and fresh fish. So far it's been great. Only one complaint. There should be an automatic pre heat button so you don't have to scroll down from 20 minutes to 3 minutes every time.

Worth every penny!
I cannot say enough good things about this product! Amazingly easy to use and clean! I haven’t found a good recipe or way to air fry veggies but everything else I’ve tried is incredibly yummy!!

Loved it but it didn't last long
Used two to three times a week. Loved it and reccommended it to everyone. Problem only lasted little over a year then stopped working. Stopped heating and now it won't even turn on. Won't buy another from Ninja for sure.

I am new at the whole air fryer thing but so far I am impressed with how easy it is to use. My first recipe I used it for was buffalo chicken dip wontons.

I wanted something wider
I bought this less than a month ago. When you first use an air fryer there is a smell to it. Honestly, the first use it had a smell then after that it was fine. It’s taller and slightly wider than my older ninja and it cooks well.
I started reading up on air fryers and a chemical they release that can increase our cancer risks but the chemical is also found in chips...

Great product for the past 3 years and that's it
We used this air fryer every other day for the past 3 years, but one day it just quit - power won't turn on. Have read other reviews about this issue. It appears to be one for this product. If more people have this issue maybe Shark/Ninja will find out what's going on with these fryers. Have several Ninja products and they are all very good and reliable.

The smell. Smh
I don’t understand this smell. I can’t get rid of it. I’ve washed it and did he lemon and vinegar hack. In addition, some stores sell it with a broil rack and some don’t. I don’t understand why

Poor quality
I was gifted this product in Just over a year ago and did not use it for the first 10 months. I started using it and found the air fryer to be a nice addition to my kitchen. 3 months in and using 1x per week on average and the fryer would not turn on. Does what i bought it to do

After a year is rusty
I read reviews, it seemed a great product. It worked well. But recently I noticed my chicken had black flakes, then I checked the inside and it's all rusty, so I was literally eating rust, who knows for how long. I am a very clean and cautious persons, so it's not a reason why this happened from my end.
