AMAZING!!!
I got my new ninja air fryer today and boooy was I excited. It's totally decked out with features from baking to dehydration and all in between. Was packaged very nice and tight. And I've already used it and made myself done crispy tots... And they wher done in 5 min. I'll have to get used to the temps and times, but it automatically went to 20min, and after 5 I started...

Extremely Disappointed
I like another persons review on here used our air fryer one day and then a few days later went to use it and it won’t turn on at all. Easy to use
I've had this 3 weeks now and we've used it almost every day. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is its size. It is much smaller than I thought it would be which forces me to cook in very small batched, for a rather larger family. I usually make 5 lbs of wings at a time. LOVE my ninja air fryer
I was hoping to get this for Xmas but I didn’t so I bought it myself. I’m so happy with it. It fits right under my counter under my cabinets. All the food comes out amazing with just the right crisp and crunch. The packaging came with a handy booklet that gives u meal times and temperatures. Awesome
I normally put extra appliances down in what I call my kitchen room for overflow kitchen stuff…but not this Ninja Air Fryer. Used it three times the first week! Love love love it! Proudly sits on my countertop on display!

Disappointed
I received it for a gift, use it 3 times and can not get over the chemical smell it has when heated up. My French fries, tasted terrible and tried chicken it was dry, going back to my oven......

Easy to use!
We have had our Ninja Air Fryer Max XL for a few weeks and we love it! We have made chicken wings for a Christmas party, steaks, pizza rolls, egg rolls, reheated pizza, etc., and cannot wait to out try more recipes. It is a nice size for two people.

Great product.
I tried the product and all I can say is that it's ingenious. The food gets crispy and reheating is just as quick as a microwave. Perfect for small sized reheating instead of heating an oven.

I upgraded my previous air fryer with this one and it is fantastic! I love the different features it has such as bake, re-heat, dehydrated and air crisp it’s truly amazing and worth it.

Will Break down in less than 1 year . Mark my word
I first bought this in December 2019 then it failed on November 2020 , they replaced the base unit only (refurbished) and it breaks down on October 2021 and ninja refused to honor warranty anymore. Nice looking machine but it will NOT live for 1 year. Better ones out there

This was probably my best purchase of 2019. This air fryer makes perfect food in a matter of minutes with minimum mess and grease. My food is crisp, light and tasty. I make fish, chicken, fries, vegetables and so much more. We don't fry anymore or use a lot of oil or grease, it's definitely made cooking faster.

Defective product
I bought this as a thank you to a friend. It was defective. Would turn on then flip off right away. Apparently that’s not uncommon. A very awkward gift for sure. And they don’t make it easy to figure out how to return or replace.

Great features.
I bought this because my son took out air fryer to college. I picked this Ninja because of the dehydrator feature. I absolutely love the ninja for all of the features. It’s faster and better than my old QVC air fryer. Very pleased with the purchase.
