AMAZING!!!
I got my new ninja air fryer today and boooy was I excited. It's totally decked out with features from baking to dehydration and all in between. Was packaged very nice and tight. And I've already used it and made myself done crispy tots... And they wher done in 5 min. I'll have to get used to the temps and times, but it automatically went to 20min, and after 5 I started...

Extremely Disappointed
I like another persons review on here used our air fryer one day and then a few days later went to use it and it won’t turn on at all. Great features
I feel happy, my food is practically made by itself, there is no fat in my kitchen and my family enjoys healthy food, it is quick and easy to clean;

Love it but . . .
I got the Ninja Air Fryer Max XL for Christmas and love it but the labels are already coming off. Nice oven otherwise. Really disappointing.

Easy to clean and cooking is so quick
I bought this during Christmas sales at Kohl’s. I was a bit skeptical since I have a bunch of gadgets I don’t use. I love to cook, but usually use my gas cooktop and my oven, but this is fabulous. I love that it is fast, but my selling point is how easy it is to clean. Love it!

Great when it works
I bought the Max XL in June 2020. It worked great for all that I used it for. Unfortunately, 6 months later it just stopped working. At that price point, I'd expect it to last longer.

crispy, melty, best toasted cheese sammich ever
So easy to use. Plugged it, didn't read instructions, plopped layers of ham, cheese and tomato on rye on the rack and hit 10 mins on a low 300 setting for 10 mins. Pulled out the best crispy toasted melty cheese sandwich ever. Beats toasting and grilling in a greasy fry pan. A new cook’s best friend
While shopping, I noticed the enthusiastic reviews for this fryer. It’s justified. Totally satisfied customer. I’d like to offer some tips from a beginner viewpoint.
* Upon unpacking, completely wash and dry all usual parts.

It quit!
Our Ninja Air Fryer has quit working after only 3 months! We have tried all the trouble shooting. So disappointing because we really liked it - when it worked.

Stoped Working
This product is less than six months old and it will not power on. Not sure what it happened to it, one day is was working and the next day it was not.

Didn't last!
My wife bought the AF 161 Max XL for our son for a Christmas present. He absolutely loved it and raved over all the things he cook do with it! Then after 8 months-nothing! Would not light up, turn on, anything! Needless to say he was disappointed as were we. Think twice about purchasing Ninja again.....

Amazing concept. Poor quality
I received my ninja air fryer as a gift a little over a year ago. I used it constantly, at least 2 times per week. I used and cleaned it according to the manuals guidelines.
About a month ago it stopped working. Completely unresponsive.

LOVE IT LOVE IT
I own this ninja air fryer xl and the foodi 5. I use them both i have also bought 3 more of the ninja xl for my kids. It makes unbelievable chicken wings fries and much more last night I air fried a 8lb whole chicken at 360 degrees 30 minutes on each side . There was enough drippings in the bottom of the fryer to make gravy.

Have had the Air Fryer for @ 3 months. Only use it once a week to make wings and chicken thighs for the dog food. Stopped working after about a dozen uses

Frustrating undocumented modifications
I returned one and the 2nd acts the same. I called support and was told that the model was modified, which changed the way it operates.The manual and website were not changed to modify how it now operates. Perfect Size
I am very happy with this purchase. It has exceeded my expectations . I have tried many different recipes and all have turned out well .I recommend the larger Ninja air fryer as it hold a greater capacity for larger families.

Love this Air Fryer
I bought this air fryer a few months ago and I can't remember using a kitchen appliance more often after buying it. I get constant use out of it. It cleans up easily and makes amazing recipes come to life in record time.

great appliance
i bought this about a month ago and am very happy that i got it, especially this one. Since I've got it I made several dishes that I been wanting to; I can make small portions very quickly, with little fuss or muss. There are many more dishes I want to try and to discover. One of the best buys I ever made.

My first Air Fryer and Ninja product
Welp, as usual I am a little late to the game. Better late than never though because this fryer has changed our lives for the better! Less cooking time, consistency with every fry and much less grease!! If this is any indication of how good Ninja products are, I’ll be back!!! :
