Poor toasting, short life span.
I purchased this in Nov 2023 and now April 2026 this thing is dead. It could never make toast evenly toasted on both sides, I would have to flip the bread and restart it. Now when I try to turn it on, some lights flash and blink and then it shuts itself off. I expect a much longer life from a Ninja product!

Great unit although on small side
I love this unit! It cooks well and saves me from preheating the entire oven for a small meal. After using, it’s great that it tucks away nicely so you still have counter space. Make sure to check the height of your baking/casserole dish before using as it doesn’t fit a standard size casserole dish.

Perfect for no storage
I love the fact that I still have my counter space! Still playing with this but seem to be getting the hang of it! Love the fast preheat and energy savings! Especially useful since I live alone and don't need to use my oven anymore!

Do not buy .
Got it for a birthday gift , since owning it every time I try to clean it , it's impossible to complete the task. There is no specific instructions on how to do it along with what you can use on it. YouTube videos are useless and nothing else you can find on the internet is useless. Not happy with the cleaning aspect. Now for the toasting it doesn't matter what setting ...

We own 4
We love our Ninja so much that we have one for each kitchen, a second home and an RV. The ability to flip the oven up and have more counter space is what sold us on this to begin with. It cooks quickly and evenly. We also use this in place of our oven during the hot summer months.

Reliable and fast air frier.
Food is airfried evenly and thoroughly in this air fry oven. It is a versatile oven with 8 functions to choose from at various temperatures. I have had this oven for 4 years and have never had an issue with it. I can fit a whole pizza in it. It is durable and easy to clean.

Stopped working
Stopped working after 1.5 years. The fan no longer works on air fryer setting and of course is about 9 months after warranty. Takes up lots of room on counter as well and near impossible to clean the inside.

Great small appliance
We bought this when we were renovating our kitchen 3 years ago. It's portable and can be used anywhere there is a working plug. Now that our kitchen is complete, I find myself still using this when I don't want to heat up the big oven. Great if you are cooking one item at a time
I love the ease of the 8-1 fryer. I love the multi level features from frying to roasting/baking. It's great for a two person meal when you don't want to use a large oven. The only problem is if you are cooking french fries and shrimp or fish they don't cook at same temp. This causes you to adapt and overcome or decide to do one in oil or the larger oven. The fryer...

Did they even try this in a test kitchen??
Other than making pizza or toast it is too short to cook anything else. The air fryer basket sits up so high any food placed in it burns and sticks to the elements. Was bought as a gift and was very sad to find out how much money they spent on this item. Basically an overpriced tiny toaster oven… Too short for chicken wings even
