Bad quality
Broke in less than a year and no help on the website. Will never buy a ninja product again. This is the second one of this model that the blending cup had cracked

Amazing! Very functional.
It works wonders! Is very powerful and its power is consistent through all the time you choose to mix for. It is very easy to use even for someone that does not speak English. Over all to clean it is no mystery either!

Poor Quality Parts
I've had this blender for about a year and the pitcher suddenly broke during use. You'd think it would be made with much better quality. Especially for the price of it.
Before the pitcher broke it was strong and great.
Trying to find a replacement part on the website is impossible so I don't even know if they are available.
Won't be buying another Ninja!

Great blender, made to last, it’s quiet, fast and strong!
You can prepare all your shakes, dishes and drinks without even having to worry about how hard are the ingredients to be blended!
Dishwasher friendly but not recommended! Mine started to look foggy after a few wash cycles! But not too bad!

LIDS SUCK
Blender works great HATE the lid. We use these often to make Milkshakes and the lids hold water when washed. It is horrible!!!

Works great for making your own baby food at home.
Quick to blend doesn't leave any ice chunks in smoothies could be quiter don't like that if the sensor on the bottom isn't pushed in the screen won't come on it should at least turn on the screen and have an error stating that it needs to be on a level surface.

I bought this to replace my previous one that I had for at least 8 years of the 15 years total that it was owned, my mother had given me hers.

Would not recommend
The blender malfunctioned after the first use,called ninja the base only was replaced.Upon first use with the replacement base,the same happened the blender power button blinks,that's it that's all.Called ninja once again only to be informed I would be responsible for the cost of shipping for an item that never worked from day one! Make it make sense!
