Great Pens!
LOVE this pen! I prefer an extra fine point and this is a .3 which is great! Writes smooth. Glad I found these cause some companies think that a .7 is a fine point. Nope, not even close. Pentel keep making these. Staples keep them in stock.

Tricky packaging (Blue / Black Ink Color)
I purchased these thinking they had blue ink. My fault for not studying the packaging enough and for assuming that an American flag pen would have blue ink.

RTX Retractable Gel Pens
I was very pleased with the RTX retractable gel pen set. The colors are just as they are shown on the pens. The pens dry quickly, which is important tome as I am left-handed and have had trouble with smearing of other gel pens. The pens come in many colors. Do not buy these pens.
I literally can't used half of them because they do not work and they leak. I have kept the pens in the container they came in and the bottom of the container is a mess of leaked ink. Plus the pens are covered in ink that I cannot remove so them my hands are covered in ink.
I reached out to Pentel and I only got 4 pens and none of those pens eve...

As we were checking out, the employee helping us suddenly left in the middle of the transaction to help someone else. We had to wait for another employee to help us finish the transaction. This is not the first time we have experienced a lack of customer service and have had trouble finding help.

LOVE THE COLORS
I love the colors in this pack. As a teacher, I love using the different colors to take notes on individual students, and they colors are fun for grading as well!
