This printer does more than I need and the price was reasonable. It works well though I haven’t used it much yet. Your sales agent Brenda was very helpful in making my selection and can’t thank her enough for all her help and advice.

Garbage. Stay away. Flawed printer design.
The Pixma TR4720 printer rarely printed without needing to turn it off and on again. "Please wait momentarily" error message when trying to print. Canon Tech Support replaced printer. Same result...an unreliable printer. Canon Tech Support was not able to resolve the issue. Blamed it on my home network. They will not replace with a model that is able to reliably print. ...

OK Printer; Unreliable scanner
All kinds of wireless connectivity issues. Printer works well but scanner comes and goes from wireless network. Controls on machine are unclear and hard to navigate. On-line support doesn't not help.

Terrible Printer- don't bother
This canon printer is terrible. I have had other Canon printers that have lasted years for me. This printer has stopped working several times. After 2 months, looks like I will be throwing away the money I spent and buying a better printer.

Canon uploaded Brother software downloads etc for the Pixma. SMH
Downloaded software driver and instructions through CANON. Instructions they uploaded to me were for a BROTHER PRINTER not the Pixma. Got a paper jam removed the sheet I could see without issue. PAY MORE MONEY AND HAVE LESS HEADACHES
I love Canon printers but this one has been lots of trouble. I wanted a fax machine and it has that but the instructions for use is all online and you have to hunt to find the manual on Canon's website. AWFUL!!!!
worst printer I've ever had. doesn't even print. No instructions. the couple of times I got it to print, it was so light you couldn't read anything. bought new ink cartridges for new printer and still same results. Do not buy. What a piece of crap.

Pita printer is black hole for time
This printer is awful because it's supposed to be wifi but it's actually USB-based & doesn't communicate well with Netgear43 Gateway. It's also incompatible with Windows 11 and has communication errors constantly, the print spooler needs to be emptied manually & reset repeatedly. It's Working
Well I can say this printer works. It's been a week and I still can't connect it to my Wifi. Luckily I had a cable. If you don't want to leave it open you have to take the paper out to close the front cover.
