I was\nGreeted, when I walked in the door period I went to the printer.I knew I wanted, but I had questions period and a very knowledgeable tech information I needed to know about that printer period they also took me to see what kind of printer ink.And how much that would cost period the checkout process was fast and pleasant period ten out of ten

My 3=month old printer lost contact with my PC. I have spent two hours trying to reconnect. 20 years ago I could have gone to the website and downloaded a driver in 2 minutes. Now I can't even connect by any means.I think that this is my last Canon.

Garbage printer. Cheaply made, loud, colors are always feint and pale regardless of calibration, Wifi errors constantly, ink cartridges are way too expensive. after installing 2 brand new cartridges and printing out 10 pages of a word document in only black, 50% of the black cartridge was already used just from that. Bad experience all around
I could not get this printer to work properly, It kept jamming, and when it didn't jam, the image was smeary, When I took it back to staples for help, I was told they didn't work on printers and offered to refer me to someone whom I had to pay to help even though I had just purchased the printer.

High cost ink, works 50% of the time, maybe
Worked once per cartridge, don't anticipate that you will get very hight quality printing and high volume from this printer. I purchased it in a pinch and got 2 pages out of the first cartridge and 3 pages out of the second page. Yes, I have infrequent use, but I have a brand new cartridge and the printer tells me my ink is out. I guess it did let me print the document ...

Garbage. Stay away. Flawed printer design.
The Pixma TR4720 printer rarely printed without needing to turn it off and on again. "Please wait momentarily" error message when trying to print. Canon Tech Support replaced printer. Same result...an unreliable printer. Canon Tech Support was not able to resolve the issue. Blamed it on my home network. They will not replace with a model that is able to reliably print. ...

Terrible Printer- don't bother
This canon printer is terrible. I have had other Canon printers that have lasted years for me. This printer has stopped working several times. After 2 months, looks like I will be throwing away the money I spent and buying a better printer.

Canon uploaded Brother software downloads etc for the Pixma. SMH
Downloaded software driver and instructions through CANON. Instructions they uploaded to me were for a BROTHER PRINTER not the Pixma. Got a paper jam removed the sheet I could see without issue. PAY MORE MONEY AND HAVE LESS HEADACHES

I wanted a fax machine and it has that but the instructions for use is all online and you have to hunt to find the manual on Canon's website.
