Only lasted 2 months
Nice sound but one earbud stopped working after a couple of months. The retailer website says Sony should deal with it but having worked through the Sony support website for some reason it concludes that I should contact the retailer. I am stuck in the middle. Disappointing really.

Great but mine has an issue.
These sound great. However, my ear buds dont charge when placed in the case. It only charges if the case is connected to a power supply. :( No idea why this is the case.

Fire hazard!
Melted after regular use for 30 months. Do not buy.

Bit disappointed
3 months After the 12 warranty expired one earbud stopped working and used infrequently. Nice sound otherwise so disappointed.

Overall nice, but good be better
I bought these about 2 years ago. The quality is nice, they are not noise-cancel headphones, which is great for activities like cycling, being aware of your surroundings etc. Sony is a good brand, flexible with android and ios devices.

Worth it.
I bought 3 of these earbuds. The best entry level earbuds you can find in the market. The sound is so good, the size fits real nice. My teenage kids love them so much.

Perfect rtrtra
Had it for 9 months and still as good as new

Purchased a month ago for RM 199. I am not an audiophile, so works for me (casual listening). Not the most comfortable ones I guess. Great buds

Great kit - customer services howeverā¦
On my second pair of these after the first ones died a natural death after 3 years and surviving a fall from a tree. Had an issue with my second pair which have since been replaced by Sony while still in warranty - very happy about that!

Stopped working after 4 months
Bought these through reward points scheme at work, fantastic buy at first brilliant sound, and after 4 months with them kept well and regularly charged, stopped working. They won't connect to my phone and the right earpod is completely dead.

Broken within two months
These were bought for my Son, used most days but in under two months one bud would no longer charge. Returned for a refund and will not be replacing with the same.
