Difficult to use and poor quality
I bought this printer about 6 months ago and am quite disapointed with it. It seems to jam very easily. It is overcomplicated to use and although the initial print quality was good, once we replaced the black toner, and it was a Xerox original, we used NOT a compatible. the quality of the black has deteriorated

most reliable printer I've had
It's nice to have a printer that just works. No connection errors or having to forget the printer and add it again. Prints quickly.

Product as advertised and Competitively Priced
I have now used my C235 laser printer for almost a year. Any
dysfunctional component quickly informs. E how to correct and frequently has a demo video to assist me with troubleshooting.

Simply Superb!!
Having been a sustaining Xerox user since early days in 1962 with a table top Model 814 to an upgrade floor model Model 914 in that same year, with greatest technology in following year models that put Xerox above the rest with xerographic innovation!!! Simply superb is too mild.

Great printer difficult to install
Finally able to install the printer successfully yesterday (July 7). Have used it a few times. Folks interested in this printer need to know that installation has to be done by scanning a QR code on a cell phone. Tried it when it arrived with no success lots of frustration. Not good
i brought this last week. It doesn't let you scan from the machine at all (no setting for this) so you have to rely on Windows scan app. However, it will only scan one page at a time, even on the feeder. No way to change the setting. No software for the printer (they send you a CD but in reality, who is using CDs now, my laptop doesn't even have a disc drive). Wish i ha...

The perfect printer!
I bought our printer on April 28. I'm very happy with how quiet and efficient it operates. I especially appreciate the waste toner bottle. My old laser printer did not have this and after 5 years the sensors were ruined from toner. From now on, we will only own Xerox printers!

C235 Color Printer
Bought and set up with a Xerox printer stand to elevate from the floor. Was the easiest and fastest printer set up with my I-phone. This printer creates great color and has a lot of features I still have to learn about. I highly recommend.

Horrible with Toner and Ink
Bought this printer for my small office. I am stunned by the amount of ink and toner cartridges that I go through and the cost for it is astronomical - I can buy a new printer for the amount I have spent in ink so far. I am rethinking this purchase and would guide someone looking to purchase away from this printer.

Average printer with extremely expensive toner
Gave this machine a chance, but the toner goes way too fast, print quality is decent as usual, but toner is extremely expensive. 4 pack of "high quality" toner is more expensive than the printer itself. Avoid this printer at all costs.
This is the worst printer experience I have had in over 40 years. The printer seems fine but the software is so bad not even my tech guy can get it to work properly and consistently.

Not the best Not the worst
I bought it a year or 2 ago. It's not the best in speed but it does the job. If you send multiple items to print simultaneously, it will miss some of the items and not print them. It's EXTREMELY loud. I have had it replaced once but it still does the same thing and i was told (not verbatim) you get what you pay for....pretty much. It runs out of ink FAST and the replace...

This printer has been printing lines down the left side of every side printed since it was new. So frustrating. Sometimes it's faint lines but sometimes they are dark lines that make the printed material unusable. This is the worst printer we have purchased for our office. We will be going back to Samsung and getting rid of this troubled printer.

It’s a lemon
First one was dead out of the box. The replacement print quality was trash and misaligned. Next replacement was an obvious refurbished model with scuff marks and broken plastic parts. Finally gave up on it and ate the cost. Giant hassle and waste of money. Steer clear.
