Can't get it connected to our wi-fi
Finally got it set up 7 days after receipt when my brother set up a hot spot on his phone. It will NOT allow me to connect to our in-house wi-fi but our other laptop our desktop and 2 phones connected no problem. (Pulling my hair out!)

Computer Hardware Construction
So far...good. My previous 2 structurally broke. The hinges broke and led to me purchasing a warranty last time and during this current purchase. I like the functionality of the computer and software; however the computer itself has proven to be structurally deficient. Thus the purchase of a warranty.

Nice Computer but Windows 11 is not installed
It works well and fast but I thought I was getting a Windows 11 computer and it is just compatible with Windows 11 and running Windows 10

We love our new go Laptop. We were having problems accessing the internet and that problem has gone away. I suspect it’s the faster computer and upgraded software. Staples technical support was great

Good laptop for college
I’ve only had the laptop for a few weeks. It’s fast doesn’t lag much and is perfect for doing my homework and research as well as my zoom classes. I do wish the screen went brighter than the maximum but other than that it’s overall a good laptop 👍
