Nice Desktop Replacement
I was quite surprise to get this on a Special buy that lasted only a day or so. I was planning on waiting for Black Friday or Cyber Monday but when I saw this for less than 400 I was surprised. Sorry I purchased it.
Too much advertising. Too many apps that I can't delete - despite that fact that I don't want them. Too much directing me where Microsoft wants me to go. Too much independence taken away. Seems to me if I buy a computer, I should be able to decide what I want on it - not Microsoft, or HP, etc.

Down-arrow key broke. Laptop did not last for me.
Within less than a year of buying this, the down-arrow key came loose, and its mechanism broke. Because when scrolling down websites of all sorts it's one of the main keys I use, the laptop is now very awkward for me to use, and I will be buying a new laptop. I didn't expect a laptop to last forever, but I did expect it to last more than a year.

Just right for me!
