I've had two of these printers, the first one was taken back by HP after two months of fighting with them. This second one (the free replacement) is only slightly better. It has to be reset every three days, the printheads just pop out randomly and the cord they sent me, doesn't even plug in properly. I have it rigged together with duct tape. Smart Tank Fast & Easy
I needed a new printer, I always buy HP. I liked the idea of not buying ink cartridges all the time and having to recycle. So, I bought this Smart Tank 7602. So far it has been awesome, I've printed hundreds of pages and haven't dented the ink levels. It's fast and the setup was easy. I would recommend this printer.

Yeah it was a very good service as far as they delivery was concerned I've not set it up yet because I'm waiting for my previous HP printer to be finishing the ink in there I only changed it because I was more interested in saving money by getting the Ink tank printer the other one was costing me a fortune Every time it just replacing the ink and they didn't really last...

Very nice all in one printer.
It is quiet and relatively fast, easy to set up and connect. Streamlined screen makes for a cleaner look. If anything, it should be part of the insta ink program.

Don't buy this printer. I'm facing Installation problem. Survice center don't support me. After a 20days I'm review this printer. Brand new printer facing this problem and no one support me. Technical and support center team telling me reasons they don't solved my problem.

I NEED HELP

I'm a digitally challenged senior but my wife & I were able to set this machine up by ourselves in about 90 minutes (we returned an Epson last week after struggling 4 hours (with the 'experts' on the phone from Epson!) and didn't get that one set up. Okay printer, not good for photos

Printer is OK Direct Wi-Fi is not
The quality of print is good when the printer is connected via a usb cable.

Doesn’t work well with HO app to print

Set up didn't go smoothly - I had plugged in a network cable, that seemed to completely derail the wireless/network capability. I had to uninstall and set up twice already.
