So far, so good.
So far, this printer is living up to its ranking. It is not fast, but it was easy to set up, the ink lasts a long time and the print is very good. Only a month in, but it shows a lot of promise.

2 MONTHS AFTER WARRANTY and IT IS NOW TRASH
The HP Smart Tank 7602 is a complete failure and an absolute waste of money. So Disappointed and Frustrating
Had this printer for a year and a half. It worked great for about 8 months but since then I've had nothing but issues and it has caused me so much time lost dealing with them. Print head problem 1yr
Print head problem in just over 1 year. Printer is now useless cost to repair same as a new printer. Very dissatisfied!

We got a LEMON 7602
Had it for approx. 9 months -very slow even with a fiber optic network. Kept going offline and now ready to trash it. The message is printhead problem - Replace printheads. Cost almost the price of a new printer. Tried to clean the printheads. Works for a little and then not at all.

DO NOT BUY
Had this printer about 6 weeks and it will not print. the paper does not have a guard in the back to keep the paper straight and it will not print. plus it is so slow.

Excellent home printer
Have only used it for a month, but so far works fine. It was relatively easy to set up and the print quality is good. It is not as sturdily built as my 8625 and I liked the navigation display on the 8625 better, but I like the more compact size. I also like the remote print capability, but have not enabled any of the features from a phone app.

Good all rounder
I bought this a couple of months ago as previous showed jam even though there isn’t. Time I paid for someone to fix it I thought as such a good price I would buy a newer model. I haven’t used it much yet but seems good and faster than last one. Will be using a lot over the coming couple of months so hopefully I will be happy

Great but one thing missing..
This printer is great especially using the smart ink refillable tanks, but it’s missing a tray for photo paper only which in my opinion would make this the perfect printer I know there is a model with one that’s more expensive I just want this one at this price to have the tray photo paper other than that go get you one of these if you don’t care about photo paper.
