Great Printer
This printer was easy to set up. We have not had any problems with connectivity or jams. The liquid ink as easy to install and we like seeing the levels - no guessing or running out at the last minute.

Defective Printer Head
This is my second HP purchase for this model. During the setup process, the first time, the printer said there was a paper jam. Now this is the second time, and the printer head would not move to put. I'm requesting a 3rd. If that fails, I'm permanently moving to Epson printers.

I just purchased this printer weeks ago. And I have to buy ink already. That does not seem right. Usually, the ink lasts a lot longer than that.

so far so good
We are hoping this purchase on a new printer eases some of the expense of the ink. Very pleased with model, and took us a little longer than we would have thought to hook everything up and figure it out, but worth the struggle.

It's ok
Bought for a printer that wasn't campitable with windows 11. It works. Controls are awkward. small screen on top of the top. cover won't stay up to lay down working copy. it was on sale. Wish I would have bought another machince.

Print Quality is Good - Scanner Feeder is Inferior

Printer worked well for conserving ink. It was not a super fast printer but did a good job with regular paper, card stock, photo paper, etc. I have printed a lot of variety with it, It sets up and connect easily. Biggest down side is in doesnt print (2) sided very well. There is roller on the reverser spool that doesn't track right and leaves a crease in the paper.

The printer works great now that I have it hooked up.I had to call H P to get help and it them over a hour to get it working.It would not hook to WI FI. For the price I paid for it you would think that it would hook up itself without any help.

Turns out that the scan capability of the device and Microsoft Windows 11 are not compatible with the result scanning does not work. Apparently been this way for a year.

So Disappointed and Frustrating
