Keypad Awful, Color Quality Marginal
Set up was relatively easy. Filling the ink tanks was a breeze and it seems to use little ink in printing. Unfortunately, the keypad on this is nearly impossible to use. When faxing or entering an email to scan, the touch pad has an odd setup for the numbers and letters keys only come up 3 at a time (example [A] [B] [C]). Easy to Set Up; Easier to Use

HP is always the best
I’ve always had HP. I’ve never been disappointed. This is my first refillable ink printer, and the quality is great. I made a copy of a photo I printed, and you can’t tell which is which. Very happy!

Nice printer-took off 1 star for difficult install
Nice printer but so difficult to tie-in to computer... I don't do WiFi, so connecting by wire was a royal pain.... what ever happened to plug-n-play?

Great for an expensive paper weight.
Wish I'd never bought this thing. Worked fine for a few months then it decided to stop connecting to my network. Had to reset it and readd back to the app. Worked for a few more weeks and lost its connections again. HP Dumb app finds it, starts the set up and hangs. Tried on 3 computers, 2 phones, and a tablet. No more Rocking!
The printer arrived well-packaged and once out of the box, easy to set up. I like that the ink tank capacity can be seen on the front of the printer unit, but I don't like that I can't see how much paper is left because of the paper tray is enclosed and slides into the front of the printer. The printer doesn't "rock" like my old HP did and it's much faster at printing.....

Ok so far
Seems well, so far. Display can be a bit confusing. Since purchase, I have not much time to use it. I wish the information would include how much ink you can place into each tank; it would allow me to keep plenty in the tanks.

Surpassed my expectations
This is my first HP Smart Tank Printer and I really like it so far. It was easy to set up and I was printing within minutes of set up. Fast and Cheap Color Printing!
I have really been enjoying the HP Smart Tank 7001 printer. It prints really fast (9 pages/minute for color!) and the ink seems to last forever. Great quality home printer!
This printer is a compact, sleek looking printer that functions great as a home printer. The quality of the prints, scans, and copies are excellent. Printer is quiet and quick. Love It!
Absolutely love this printer. The automatic duplex option is a major time saver. The ink tanks saves having to buy LOTS of ink cartridges. I printed up 30 books for a family reunion and still have ink left.

I would not buy this.
Prints slower than advertised. Is not intuitive and the double-sided print does not work. I am getting columns and not full pages.
