Poor design. Paper tray jams.
I bought this printer a month ago and have had nothing but problems. The paper tray is jammed and won't come out. The Xerox support site is useless. I can't be the only one having this issue. Will be returning printer if I can't find a resolution soon.

Reliable and precise
After researching what printer company out there could handle the projects we needed, we went with xerox B310 from their website. And we are very happy we made this decision. It is a reliable and very fast and precise printer.

So nice to have a modern laser printer.
Bought this to replace a decades old Dell 1720dn, so far I've been really happy with the Xerox B310. It's nice to have a modern printer and the features that go along with it. The machine prints in high quality and very quickly. I suspect the double sided printing option will save me from sending giant stuffed envelopes in the mail and save allot of paper. I original...

Great little Workhorse of a Printer
I love this printer, it replaced an old Lexmark that had identical features and functions which served me well for the last 12 years. I expect a similar future for this device, and generally I print out about 6000 pages a year. Great quality and speed plus excellent support from Tech folks setting it up for communications with my Laptop, smartphone, and Desktop via Blue...

fast and quiet
I purchased this to replace a brroken Xerox Color Cube 8570. Impressed how fast and quiet with good print quality but not as good as the CQ 8570DN. Easy setup for WiFi but very difficult with USB printer cable, never could download the correct driver for windows 7.

The product works well for my company needs
I've purchased from Xerox before and the quality standards have always being very efficient. I would definitely recommend all Xerox products for any small business.
