I love the backpack so much it came in the right order!!!!!!
Even though its pricey that doesnt change the fact how nice it looks, I love the space and the number of pockets i got the color in black and it was so nice.The other backpacker i get from other stores rip now i trust jansports with my money....5 START!!!!!!!!

Not the color I ordered
The backpack itself is great, but the color I ordered was a shade of purple, and what I received was a shade of blue. The backpack looks nothing like the picture advertised.

Perfect with one thing missing

Great backpack - only issue is the water bottle pocket
This has been a great backpack for my elementary age kid. The only downside is the water bottle pocket. It's made of complete mesh, and it tears pretty easily. It's currently completely torn open being held together by tape. I honestly think this backpack will last for a long tome
So I ordered this for my older kid and it's amazing. The amount of pockets that it has I love it. The straps are strong and thick. Number 4 for me I love the BIGSTUDENT
The big student what can I say about this wonderful backpack having four of them now what I love about the backpack it's simplistic is adorable has exactly what I need and wonderful accessibility and pockets.

HUGE Backpack. Too big
This backpack is WAY TOO BIG. I used it for high school, had multiple notebooks, binders, and a textbook, and still had too much room. Dimensions say 7.5" deep, total it's at least 12. Walking through hallways I could not turn at all without hitting someone because it stuck out so far. I love Jansport and this is a great backpack, but be aware that this backpack is HUGE...

This is my go to my favorite rock sack out of all the Jansport line. The big student is durable, professional, looking, reliable, and stylish backpack. Easy access, user-friendly pockets this one backpack will serve you very well.

Perfect backpack
I had this backpack throughout high school and it lasted all of it and 2 years. I sent it in one time for repairs. But I ended up getting an egift card for it. I immediately bought the exact same bag.

Granddaughter loves this backpack
My granddaughter fell in love with this backpack as soon as she saw it. She loved the color, she loved the different compartments, and the way that it felt. I purchased this backpack and she is so excited to start school with her new purple backpack.

This is our second Jansport for our 8 year old daughter. It holds all of her stuff for school and then uses for camp during the summer.

Broke on second week of school
Always thought Jansport was sturdy, but this backpack broke the second week of school. In order to honor warranty, Jansport wants me to mail the backpack and wait six weeks. My kid needs his backpack for school.

Water bottle pocket needs redesign.
I had my reservations about the water bottle mesh pocket when I bought this bag for my high schooler but I thought I would give it a chance since the pack itself is exactly what we were looking for.
