Very disappointing, lasted a week
Bag broken, buckle cracked just adjusting it and isn’t warranties because I had it embroidered by Ogio when I bought it. So word to the wise no customizations it voids the warranty.

Almost perfect:
what I don't like: slightly too small; too few inner pockets - need pens, business cards, charging accessories; the inner pocket of the laptop sleeve should fit a tablet - it doesn't; inner liner in black doesn't provide any visibility; and is JUST too small for my daily use.

Can use some improvement
Just used my new Alpha 20 backpack for a short vacation trip. Backpack appears well constructed.

Holds everything!!
I purchased this backpack for my daughter for lacrosse and she loves it. The look alone is super fun. It has tons of storage which can be controlled with expandable clips, plenty of packets and zippers to keep all of her gear organized and separate. We have had other Ogio backpacks for years, so I know the quality is great. So happy with the purchase!

Great Carry-On!
I purchased the Alpha 20L Backpack before a recent trip to Mexico. My previous carry-on had seen better days and it was time to upgrade. So glad I did! This bag is perfect for travel. It held several days worth of "Mexico clothes" (swimsuit, tshirts, flip flops, toiletry bag, laptop, extended screen, iPad and all the cables). Added bonus are the cool colors.

Love the Backpack
Love this backpack! the Purple Passion colors are fabulous! The side pockets hold a 32 oz cup with or without handles easily they are deep as well. I got this for my 5th Grade daughter but after this year I'm stealing it she can have something else next year.

Great styling but...
Love the style of this bag, but sadly it doesn't function as well as it looks. Bought for my 14 yr old daughter. Initially tried the 25L but she looked like a mountaineer carrying it, it seemed so tall. This bag appeared to be a better fit, but it won't hold her necessary school supplies. Great Backpack
I had never heard of Ogio before I ordered this backpack. I absolutely love it! I use it for work and it has plenty of pockets and a place for my laptop. It is well made and very sturdy. Love the colors as well. I highly recommend the Alpha 20L backpack.
