Became a brick after less than 2 or 3 charge/use cycles. No longer charges, turns on, or provides power to another device.

Great power bank with serious ruggedness and long
I've been using this charger for a few months now. I'm genuinely amazed at how many full charges it can perform. It charged my phone from 2% to 100% and still had 3 out of 4 battery level indicator lights on.
Having a built-in battery level display is great, as is having multiple output ports.
I don't even need to mention that you only need a single cable for this devic...

It works but too heavy and big
This charger bank works well but its too heavy and big. It's literally heavier than my cell phone so thats not convenient at all. It charges fast and works for all brands of cell phones. But just way to big and heavy. Will be gifting it to a family member.

Wow! This works so well!
The Belkin Boost Charge Power Bank 10K- is amazing! Not only is it super thin and lightweight but it has the ability to charge your phone longer than most portable chargers I have used. It is noise free, and has easy indicators to know how much juice is left in it. It’s also super easy to charge up! Win win!

I loved how quickly this power bank charges my phone. I also love that it does not heat up. The design of the power bank is great. It is not too bulky and can be easily carried in your pocket. It doesn't even weigh that much. Overall it is a great power bank

Very reliable when you need it
This is the 'Old Faithful' of power banks. It isn't the flashiest or fastest on the market, but it’s incredibly reliable and slim enough to live in my bag 24/7.

Terrible, do not buy.
These are terrible. I bought two for my overseas trip, my current powerbank was too large for the plane. Both of these cannot keep a charge, no matter how i try, they just wouldnt charge. Not at home before i left and not at all during my trip. Do not waste your money on these! My canadian tire $10 bank luckily has saved me for my travels.

Rubbish
Bought 2x20k power banks in pink. Bought April 2025. And 1 mth ago they stopped charging. Bought many Berlin products over the years and been very happy with them. Tried to fill in for replacements but don’t have packaging anymore.

Heats up all devices
This power bank heats up my phone or AirPods every time I use it. It makes them very very hot, and the phone is new! It was a gift but I’d like to return it.

Worked the first few months
Stopped working after 6 months. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. It charges up itself, but doesn't charge anything plugged into it

Great product but falls short
I was traveling to London and forgot to bring a power bank, so I purchased this at the airport (for what turns out was double the price). Then get to London only to find out that I can't charge the power bank without a USB-A plugin. Very disappointing, for what is otherwise a product I immediately enjoyed using. Nowhere on the box does it indicate this.

Does not charge my phone from the usb-c port
Needs some weird combination of usb-c to usb-c cables to charge a Google Pixel 9 Pro. Would not charge my phone with the usb-c cable I grabbed on the way out the door. Do not buy this at the airport and expect it to work on your flight.
