I received a free product in exchange for my honest review. I found the HP Envy Inspire easy to set up and install. The small screen on the front of the printer walked me through each step. Internet should be uncessary
This printer requires an Internet connection. WHY? Why should everything I printer be routed through some unknown monitoring software? Why can't this be limited to my local network?

Complaint re inability to reach customer service
I was missing black ink cartridge. I tried to reach a live human being to order it, to no avail. Your voice recognition software does not work. I was going to return printer in shipping box. Apparently the ink cartridges had just been carelessly thrown into shipping box because the black cartridge fell out. Very bad experience!

Reliably made for home use
I bought this printer to replace one without scan function. This printer does everything I need it to do. It works well with its HP app. I appreciate the document feed which will help with scanning longer documents.

No option to print documents in color.
The printer is great... if only it printed in color. When the window opens, there is no option.

Disappointed and lied to
Unlike I was told by the person that sold it to me, it doesn't scan files in my computer; it will only scan things I physically put on the scanner. Also, I didn't want it connected by blue tooth, just hard wired.

Don't envy the Envy, go ahead and buy one.
The printer is user friendly. Setup and driver installation really easy. Good print quality, fast and quiet. Just be advised, there are some misleading suggestions to get the user to buy support, and the free ink is not free for long.

Excellent home printer
