Internet should be uncessary
This printer requires an Internet connection. WHY? Why should everything I printer be routed through some unknown monitoring software? Why can't this be limited to my local network?

Connection issues
I’m still not sure why it will sometimes prints and other times no. Connection seems to be on and off. HP Support vacations on the weekends. I can’t find how to stop printing when I’ve tried numerous times and I’m afraid I’ll get numerous copies when I finally get a connection

Wireless set up a pain
The paper output tray is not as sturdy, or as long as the HPEnvy that was replaced; expect pages to fall to the floor if printing more that 5 at a time. Setting up was frustrating. great printer
This is the perfect printer for me. Because I make greeting cards, the staff member helpedme find one with high resolution printing, but without high volume or other bells and whistles that I did not need.

Multiple issues,
Unfortunately never really worked right from the start. Lines and coloration issues. Despite reset/reboot, new ink ($$), the issues continued. We were never able to print photos like we hoped. The flat white cable became detached and it stopped working. Disappointed to contribute to ewaste within 1 year of purchase.

HP Envy Inspire 7200 series
Reliable printer which you can use from a laptop or another CP. Two problems:
1. You cannot print from you PC via wireless set up as the Printer goes "off-line" about every twenty minutes. I connected the printer to my PC via a cable. Works fine.
2. Cost of ink and HP refuses to allow any other ink maker's product to be used.

Staples ink will NOT work in the hp printer. You are REQUIRED to use their ink once you set up printer. You have to wait for their ink to come in before you can use printer.
I will be taking back the $80 of ink that associate suggested I buy.

I have attemted to get this printer to connect to modem or my PC about twenty times but it will not print. This caused me to fileing date at IRS. Very upset. No weekend customer support.
Went back to old printer (4520} which is not even recognized but did print!

I found this printer easy to install and easy to use as when you are 75 you have difficulty with change.

Printer cuts off top line at times. It prints over lines. I just sent two items to the printer, and it took 3-5 minutes to finally start printing, then it didn't print the whole job. It makes a noise like there is paper stuck, but I have checked that. I had been very happy with the HP printer I replaced. This one I am not happy at all. Guess I got what I paid for...

Perfect printer
