Wenger Legend ScanSmart Laptop Backpack - 1900Twin
My first of the Wenger Legend ScanSmart Laptop Backpack - Black/Gray… I love everything about this backpack. It’s the twin of 1900. Theoretically this my Seventh lol. Remind me a lot of a 1900 but it’s not. Same qualities RT use really pocket laptop holder etc. very happy I purchase this. Also, for the price can’t complain!

Cheap material and terrible customer service!
This is not similar to the actual swissgear counterpart and is of cheaper material. So basically you get what you pay for. For me the return process has been painful so I would certainly not purchase directly from swiss gear anymore. I have been in back and forth to return this thing for two weeks now and soon it will be over its time limit to return and no one is respo...

Hoping for a repeat...
Purchased first Wenger in 2009; 16 years of great service from that bag. Does feel like it was built well, but I'm worried about things mentioned from 3- and 4-star reviews. All this interior mesh fabric might start catching on things.

Horrible quality on multiple warranty returns
Their current quality is horrible.
I had a winger backpack for 15 years and it was awesome, and since buying another one 1.5 years ago I've had three of them and all of them have failed, broken buckles, broken zippers, broken hanger loop...
And then their customers support for warranty is horrible, it took 4 months for them to get me a warranty code to order a replac...

Laptop bummer
The backpack looks nice on the hanger, but when you put stuff in it, it has no ability to do anything for fall forward. It doesn’t matter what you put in it or where you put your computer the whole Thing just falls forward, regardless of what’s in it and where it’s placed. It’s very frustrating.

Great bag for everyday use.
Very sturdy bag, it doesn’t say it but I can fit my work laptop, my MacBook Pro for college and my IPad Air along with my a class book. It gets really heavy but the shoulder straps are very comfortable. Also a water bottle this bag can store it all. The color is a little dull in person it looks brighter in photos, other than that it’s a superb bag.

Backpack not durable!
I had this or very similar backpack it laste only for some months before s the zippers start going bad, that should not be an issue on an expensive brand like Wenger, this is the second expensive product failing from Wenger the other was a carry on bag where the pulling handle would not stay extended, I'm done with Wenger!

Well thought-out, sturdy backpack.
The construction seems robust overall, with thick nylon, strong sewing, and high-quality The electronics pocket easily accommodates a 15" laptop or thick portfolio, and the main pocket has plenty of room for a 32 oz. water bottle, large lunchbox, and jacket.

For a "business backpack," you missed on a few key features. There are not enough pen and pencil slots and they barely accommodate a pen with any sort or a grip. The business card holders do not, in fact, hold standard sized business cards without a struggle. This also makes removing them extremely difficult. Better than the rest!!
This backpack is everything that I was wanting. Plenty of places to organize your bag. Extremely durable and well made. Zippers are big and very durable. Its very comfortable to carry.

Feels like quality
I love the quality feel of this version. I have owned the 1900 for around 6 years and beat it up as much as possible. It has been my everything bag and held. I am excited about the better quality feel of this bag and hope I get the mileage out of it that I have from other SwissGear bags.

Zippers are not smooth, looks like zip break soon
The zip next to the laptop section is not smooth while opening and closing the section which is getting stuck while closing or opening the Zipper and also that entire section looks very cheap quality, I should have gone for another model rather than this.
