I purchased this printer a few months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. The printer is often off line, does not connect to wireless and shows 'errors' such as missing paper etc - none of which is true. Trying to fix any issue is next to impossible. The printer is also terrible with printing - you must monitor the print job as the printed sheet gets pulled back...

Not a two sided Printer
I was expecting this printer to print on BOTH sides but it doesn’t. If you’re looking for a two sided printer this IS NOT it. I’m now stuck with a printer I can’t use. It is easy to set tho.

Not For Heavy Use
If you rarely print and you need something compact, this little guy might do the trick. But be aware that under heavy use it will jam and that it's only really compact if it's not loaded with paper.
If you want something super reliable, please try Brother. They're not quite as pretty but they are workhorses and super reliable.

Disappointing Connections
The printer only connects to Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz and won't provide all printing and scanning functions if only connected via USB. I am considering returning the device for a refund.

False advertising!
Misleading/false advertising. Description states “HP 141A Black LaserJet Toner Cartridge” included for “8000” pages of printing. But when you open the printer and look, what you ACTUALLY get is an “introductory cartridge” made to be replaced much much sooner. How much sooner? It’s a surprise! Nice Little Multifunction Printer
I don’t use it in wireless mode. It’s connected to my computer via USB so I didn’t need to install the HP Smart app. The driver installation on Windows 11 was very quick and I didn’t have to download the basic HP drivers manually. I scan frequently and print less and for my workflow the wired setup has been more reliable.
