Set up did not work
Tried to set it up, using my WiFi but got a message saying it can only connect to a 2.4 Ghz, And mine is a 5Ghz, and the only other option is a router which I do not have. If someone cannot help me in 48 hours I will have to return it.

Small dependable and good quality
This is a small fast good quality printer that does not have the issue of dried out print heads I had with my inkjet. It was inexpensive and provides me with basic black and white print jobs. I don’t need color or the ability to scan and copy; I use my phone for that when needed. I highly recommend this small but dependable HP printer.

Not compatible with older Mac OS
This is not compatible with Mac OS 10.anything. A driver for connection via USB is not available. For wireless connection the HP Smart App must be installed but the current version (20) available at the Mac App store is not compatible with OS 10. T

A little dificult

Almost impossible to set up. Had to bring in a professional after i nor any of my friend could o it. Too many steps to print even one page AND only prints one page at a time. 10 X bigger than I was led to believe though NOT Staples fault.. I explained to another company what I wanted He looked it up and wrote down a number which I took to Staples.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased.
It will not connect to Wifi. It will not scan properly. It will not do anything. It's a paperweight. Oh wait it does something it generates a bunch of spam emails asking about my experience. My experience sucks and who built this thing should commit seppeku.
