Staples always for the best prices and printers
Amazing printer. Times have changed. The last printer I bought was from Staples probably 10 years ago. It was an HP LaserJet which back then I think I paid $120 and when I bought this one the printer was still in amazing condition and I ended up selling it for $60 yesterday.

Difficult installation
The printer works properly but the installation software is quite poor. Installation on the first computer is easy but installation on other on other computers on the same network is quite difficult and not very successful. Support did not help.

Good printer
This printer can print, copy, and scan documents. In particular, it can print documents from a mobile phone. However, the installation is a little bit challenge for Rogers’ WiFi user (depending on your plan, if you do have troubles, go to Reddit you can find several solutions).

Set up did not work
Tried to set it up, using my WiFi but got a message saying it can only connect to a 2.4 Ghz, And mine is a 5Ghz, and the only other option is a router which I do not have. If someone cannot help me in 48 hours I will have to return it.

Wifi connection hard to setup
Wireless setup/connection worked when we first bought it. A year later the wireless connection seems all broken and impossible to reset and reconnect.

Small dependable and good quality
This is a small fast good quality printer that does not have the issue of dried out print heads I had with my inkjet. It was inexpensive and provides me with basic black and white print jobs. I don’t need color or the ability to scan and copy; I use my phone for that when needed. I highly recommend this small but dependable HP printer.
