frustrating

Not For Heavy Use
If you rarely print and you need something compact, this little guy might do the trick. But be aware that under heavy use it will jam and that it's only really compact if it's not loaded with paper.
If you want something super reliable, please try Brother. They're not quite as pretty but they are workhorses and super reliable.

Disappointing Connections
The printer only connects to Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz and won't provide all printing and scanning functions if only connected via USB. I am considering returning the device for a refund.

False advertising!
Misleading/false advertising. Description states “HP 141A Black LaserJet Toner Cartridge” included for “8000” pages of printing. Nice Little Multifunction Printer
I don’t use it in wireless mode. It’s connected to my computer via USB so I didn’t need to install the HP Smart app. The driver installation on Windows 11 was very quick and I didn’t have to download the basic HP drivers manually. I scan frequently and print less and for my workflow the wired setup has been more reliable.

Set up
The printer now that it is working properly is great! Getting things set up was tricky and all I got was the same set up suggestions over and over. The little Robot/AI was also less than helpful. So I stopped trying, took a break and next day started again. Things got clearer and I was able to finally get it together. Love the smaller footprint.

Basic but Crisp Printing
The HP LaserJet M110w printer is strictly for basic black & white printing, which is the #1 reason we purchased it. It doesn't copy or scan, so if you want a multi-function printer, look for a different model.
