So far, so good
I've only had the printer a sort time, but seems to be working well. I'm only using the USB connection, not wireless, so no problems with connectivity.

I’ve used it maybe 5 times and it has a paper jam and there is no way to get the paper out
This printer has a paper jam. I’ve only made 5 copies , max. The directions say to grab onto the paper with 2 hands and get it all out. But the paper is stuck, behind the roller.
I even tried unscrewing the bottom plate.
Nope, I spent $150 for nothing .
Worst design I have ever seen.
I absolutely would not recommend this printer.

It works...
I don't like it hasn't automatic double side printing.I have to rotate the page manually.
I also think it use more toner than I thought.

Great “Little” HP Laser Printer & Copy Machine
Love that this HP Laser M140w is so small that it fits anywhere. Go to the iOS App Store to set it up, then tell it your WiFi name and password and you are set. Easy! Such a good deal.

So far I like the printer, but the user manual is lacking. When I called Customer Support, I got bumped around to four different departments and finally hung up. Not a good representation of the company.

Meet our needs
The printer works fine once it is finally got troubleshooting done by a support team member. It wasn't automatically connected to our wifi for some reasons. Otherwise, it meets our needs so far.

waste of time.
waisted days trying to set up this printer. Spent 1 ½ hrs with HP tech, finally she said
return it an get a different one. Xfinity sent out a tech, after 2 hrs., he said he couldn't help me.

I ordered this printer because the HP writeup & description said that it works with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 and you could print using wireless from our cell phones.

Was desperate for a printer when old workhorse HP died mid tax business season. Weight and size were factor in decision as well. This printer will get me through but not entirely satisfied. Hard to install
Works well. Installation was harder than expected because printer was not listed in
dropdown menu. Could not enter manually. Online help was required. Kind of a pain.
