I’ve used it maybe 5 times and it has a paper jam and there is no way to get the paper out
This printer has a paper jam. I’ve only made 5 copies , max. The directions say to grab onto the paper with 2 hands and get it all out. But the paper is stuck, behind the roller.
I even tried unscrewing the bottom plate.
Nope, I spent $150 for nothing .
Worst design I have ever seen.
I absolutely would not recommend this printer.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased.
It will not connect to Wifi. It will not scan properly. It will not do anything. It's a paperweight. Oh wait, it does something, it generates a bunch of spam emails asking about my experience. My experience sucks, and who built this thing should commit seppeku.

It's okay for home use. The compact size and printing are good but I did not like the button display. It should also allow you to be able to enlarge something when making a copy.

It works...
I don't like it hasn't automatic double side printing.I have to rotate the page manually.

Great “Little” HP Laser Printer & Copy Machine
Love that this HP Laser M140w is so small that it fits anywhere. Go to the iOS App Store to set it up, then tell it your WiFi name and password and you are set. Easy! Such a good deal.

So far I like the printer, but the user manual is lacking. When I called Customer Support, I got bumped around to four different departments and finally hung up. Not a good representation of the company.

Meet our needs
The printer works fine once it is finally got troubleshooting done by a support team member. It wasn't automatically connected to our wifi for some reasons. Otherwise, it meets our needs so far.
