Not the printer for me.
I couldn't get the printer to work, your support staff were incredibly hard to reach and when reached didn't help enough. So I sent the printer back.

I wanted to like this printer. We spent many hrs together. We never became friends. We just didn't understand each other. Additionally, the paper tray was not easy to slide/pull in and out. I have since returned the printer to Staples and purchased a Brother.

Canon Pixma TS6400 series printer Cartridges
So far, I am still using the “starter” cartridges and I am happy with them.

TS6420 older model
A good printer until it isn’t. This is the second of this model with the first developing problems after less than a year. Since ‘‘tis was on sale it was cheaper to simply replace it. It prints well.

Not the best
It’s not a bad printer, it was on sale. I’m not a fan of it. Wish it was cheaper, contemplating on return it. This is the first time I purchased this brand . My last printer was Epson and it lasted more than 5 years prior to getting rid of it due to multiple errors.

Happy With My Purchase
I love the TWO ink cartridges instead of five! This printer replaced an older (and wonderful) Canon PIXMA printer, worked very similar and fell into place in my office. I am loving it and pleased with the beautiful copies it makes. I always recommend Canon printers when it comes up in conversations.

Stay Away if Windows 11
Bought a Cannon as we've had them in the past however this printer even though bought in May is not compatible with Windows 11. Drivers supposedly for Windows 11 can't be installed.User Forum and Support is horrible. I'll be throwing this away and getting an HP!

Easy Set Up
Just replaced a Canon MP250 that we had for 15+ years. Easy set up and connectivity to laptop and 2 android phones. Printed a couple of documents from each. Moved it to the den where computer desk is and still had strong wifi. Printed one more page and it sucked all paper from bottom tray. What a problem that tray is. Have to print from rear feeder.

Does what a printer needs to do
Prints well and quickly, double sided printer efficient. Had a devil of a time connecting it via cord to my computer - connections ports on printer are hard to reach and hard to set the plugs in firmly.

I bought this printer about a year ago but since day one I have had issues with it printing. Only prints when it wants to. I thought it was a WiFi issue or a computer issue but I've tried multiple devices and internet connections and it refuses to print. Would not purchase again.

never works
It is not an expensive printer, i thought it was too good to be true on the price. It works but whenever we go to print it doesn't print until we do troubleshooting to get it to print as something is always wrong. If you don't mind unplugging, fooling around with the settings every time you go to print - go for it, if you don't want to do that, find another printer.

Garbage, black ink never dries
Something is flawed with this printer. When printing photos it doesn't use the black cartridge (per Canon support), so in "photo" setting, everything dries fine. Run a document, that does use black and that black will never dry. Pretty useless for what was going to be my dedicated label printer. Smudged labels, returned shipments. What a nightmare. TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO SAY ANYTHING IS GOOD
I rated it 1 because there was nothing lower. I am a senior citizen 80 yoa, I had an an older Pixma that broke, I loved that printer. Im not stupid just old I followed the setup on line-no cd was included, EVERY time i want to print something i have to go back and reset everything, WORST PRINTER for an untechy person
