Works Fine So Far
I really need to replace my old printer and this one fits the bill. Not terribly fancy but seems sturdy, scans, prints really well -- I have no complaints. Best of all, the paper loads from top or bottom which is a huge help on my little desk. The price was right, too! I recommend.

Extremely Finicky Printer
I DO NOT recommend this printer. It’s extremely finicky. You have to adjust the paper in the tray 2-5 times per job for it to print.

Perfect for my needs

Great home "office" printer
I don't work much at home. This printer is exactly what I need (I hope...still brand new). Any large jobs to print can be done at my library. This Canon is plenty for the occasional document, coupon, letter....you get it!

set up was easy but finding a way to download a manual was not
Set up was easy, downloading or printing the manual was not. Not sure I'd buy a Canon again even though the printer seems to work fine and the price was "right"

was walked through the set up process with a total of 3 tech support people. The last one informed me that there is probably a glitch in the software for this Cannon printer. We tried several time but it would not connect to my laptop. I took it back to Staples and got my money back!!

This is my second PIXMA printer and this one has lasted only 2 years. It jams continually, regardless of the brand of copy paper and now it's throwing error codes that the latest drivers will not correct.

Good for a printer
The setup was easy and it prints very well. However, it will not stay connected to my internet. Every single time I want to print I have to manually enter the password to my internet (because the option to connect through a phone or computer also does not work.) Good printer for the price
This printer serves my purposes for general printing. One issue Staples should fix is when a printer is delivered they should have it in another box, not just have the original printer box left with all the theft that has been going on.

Unable to connect to my wi fi

Connection difficult

No instructions
There are no Instructions or drivers etc. included. IF you don't use internet you can't set it up. Still don't know if it even works.
