It does everything!
I love this Canon TR 8620a printer/scanner/copier/fax, it does it all, and makes it easy. Setup was surprisingly easy, I set it up on my phone and computer, and it was about the easiest setup I’ve ever done. You can use a QR code for instructions on your phone, but the printers display had them too… and they were clear and comprehensive, a lot of companies could learn f...

Flimsy Toy
I had 2 Canon Mx 922 the last of which only lasted 12 months. SAlthough slow, It was sturdy and well built with an excellent fax auto feeder. Canon replaced it with this TR 8620 under Warranty. The TR 8620 is a bulit like a flimsy toy. The Plastic bends in your hand and the contol panel will not stay in place when you enter numbers on the keypad causing constant errors ...

DONT BUY
Lasted 8 months. Right off bat it was a problem with 2 sided printing and scanning. Had to rescan 2x each doc. Then at 8 months jammed repeatedly and spit out a piece of inner foam... junk. Unusable.

Lower quality than my previous printer
My previous printer was a Canon Pixma MX922. This printer is much lower quality has far fewer bells and whistles than the other printer. It was difficult to find all the drivers I needed to install in order to make all the functions work.

Great Printer
This Cannon Pixma TR8620a ink-jet printer is great. Love the touch screen for easy navigation for printing, scanning and copying. And it holds a good amount of paper. This printer feels like a good quality made product. Prints great wireless or via USB cord (purchased separately. Hopefully this information is helpful.

Power cord will not stay connected to printer. Contacted Canon sent replacement cord, still does not connect. Obvious there is a defect. Been holding for Canon for 30 minutes no answer. Avoidance in customer service

If you buy, buy the warranty, we learned the hard
We have bought two Canons, this model and the similar earlier model. Both died after 14-15 months.

gets the basic job done
This printer does a nice job but was bit temperamental to set up properly. It seems to have a lot of print options and error messages that that need to be worked through. It's a clean design and a bit larger than my previous one, so good idea to measure the desk space.
