Quill doesn't support you when a product fails
I purchased this Canon TR8620 printer in late March of this year and it has had many problems. The ADF doesn't work when scanning documents. I've had many paper jams with the ADF as well as the duplex print function. When I called Quill they said it was past the 30 days and "good luck calling the manufacturer. Like the printer but the previous one didn't quite last two years. Print head was flaky. Canon support gave me a deal on another one, so we see how this one last.

It is ok!
The printer deserves 4 stars but the set-up & scanning software drags it down. The most bothersome feature is the "output paper holder" or whatever you call the extendable piece that holds the paper after printing. Great printer
Awesome printer for the price, setup was a breeze, zero issues with it. Liking it way better than my old HP Officejet (which always had paper feeding issues, and printed MUCH slower)

The associates listened to my story of frustration with a 1 yr old printer that had connectivity/printing issues. They listened to my request for a hard wired printer answered ALL my questions and set me up with a new printer and accessories I needed. They are always friendly professional and very knowledgeable.

great printer at decent price
I like this printer because it prints clear and concise documents. Only draw back is the little screen has to be open to print. Just a design flaw nothing that inhibits the use. More annoying than anything. I would buy again though. I like the multi printer ink option each ink in seaperate tanks for optimal usage of ink.

I thought it would be smaller than my previous Canon printer. Also you must keep the front piece up in order to print from a remote area. My previous printer would automatically open when you printed. Also this one holds less paper

Great pro results printer
Prints excellent graphics using 4 colors plus an extended size black cartridge. Results on photo paper are excellent and sharp. Glad I moved up and bought it!

Printer is great. "AI" help in my opinion "Not ready for Prime Time"
There were some "hickups" but once I contacted and visited with a great agent, who took care of the problem and gave me the information and help I needed, problem solved.
