Great Laptop Dock
I have been using the USB-C Dock G5 for a couple of weeks now and it has been great. I use this on my laptop in place of plugging in a HDMI Monitor Cable, Network USB-C Adaptor and a USB Hub when I am at my desk. What a great improvement. The monitor is at the correct resolution. Doc won't support microphone or speakers with 2 monitors, mouse flow sucks
Is not plug and play, my IT team has spent hours trying to get audio and speaker working when HP laptop is connected to doc with no success. Interestingly, HP laptop, Hp monitors and HP dock... one big HP nightmare. Have 2 montiors, and can't align them in left to right order with the mouser have to reverse the mouse direction to switch screens.

Great purchase. Worked perfectly.
Worked as expected. I plugged in my laptop and 2 additional monitors, and I can now work with 3 screens.

It works great.
I can plug my monitor, keyboard, mouse, gamepad, steering wheel, joystick... Like everything into this little dock.

Not for my HP laptop ,not compatible ,had to return it back the screens ,the charge didn't work.
Returned the product not compatible with my hp laptop,unfortunately.

It works perfectly.
G5 dock came on time. It works perfectly with another Thunderbolt device and all the peripherals (e.g., mouse, keyboard, etc.) The HDMI connection works great because the prior brand docking was not rendering the accurate color saturation. Overall, we are super happy with the purchase.

My HP USB-C Dock G5 is the Best!
This little beauty does everything I want it to in a compact package. I can pull in my beloved MS Natural keyboard, my ancient Deskjet 932c printer, my external hard drive and my external monitor, and everything works well together to give me a real personal computer experience. As my needs change I can add other external devices like a DVD drive.

HP USB-C G5 Dock
I really like everything about this dock. The design, build quality and ports. I just wish it had and on/off switch so I didn't have to unplug the USB C cable from my laptop every day after work. It's just unnecessary wear and tear on my laptops USB C port.

The tool for the job
Had to replace many cheap usb docking in the last year. This one is much better built. It just does everything I need and just works.

Disappointing
This is a great dock when it’s working. The power switch won’t always turn on the dock and never the HP laptop. It sometimes will work if I unplug the power cord from the dock and then reinsert. Have seen similar comments from other reviewers

Great Product
The product is great. Having used it for more than a week now, the functionality is great. I have all my peripherals connected through it, without any lag or issues.

Complete Garbage
Can't recover from being disconnected from the laptop.
Doesn't recognize external keyboard after reconnecting the laptop to the dock.
Frequently looses track of multiple monitors.
Totally overpriced with terrible performance.

Almost useless
oversized heckeypuck that doesn't even support linux laptops. Also makes our new Thinkpad T14s freeze.
