Very awkward to use
Not at all user friendly, They were hard to take out of the case. The user manual was virtually useless. So frustrating and disappointing that I returned them the next day.

Poor Battery life
These eat buds are ok for casual use, but it has poor battery life.

Broken headphones
These headphones are not turning off, even when you put them in the charging case. My phone will randomly attach to the headphones, causing me to miss alarms and calls. The headphones also die pretty quickly, since they don’t turn off. Trying to figure out if I should return them to Staples or contact Skull Candy…

Serve the purpose
I purchased these as dedicated earbuds for my laptop since my AirPods kept jumping to my laptop unexpectedly. They connected easily and have worked well for the video meetings that I've had this week. I have not challenged the battery life much, so I can't say whether it is good or not.
