Laptop is great but the service was better. Ordered online and delivered to my house by Staples delivery. Driver was excellent! Great experience would order from Staples again anytime.

This computer is beautiful!! My complaint is the battery life is not the best. It did not last me my full school day unfortunately. A Good Student Laptop
A decent student laptop that was easy to setup, good speed, nice bright screen, and nice keyboard layout. Battery life is OK. Keypad sensitivity is also good.

I have had this computer for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I use it for school and it is great. It is a good size and is lightweight enough to bring anywhere. Love the Ideapad!!!
I really love my new Ideapad!! I received it rather quickly and I love that the packaging was so minimal. My only complaint is that sometimes I lose access to the touchpad and it took me a minute to unfreeze it. When I reached out to chat help, the rep I was speaking with was very rude and condescending.

2 in 1 Laptop is top notch
Although I could spend more money this 2 in 1 performs as I need for most basic work. Most reviews on the internet are for older versions and it is nice to have the 16gig memory and the pen is a nice added bonus when in tablet mode. Microsoft still has some issues in tablet mode but I have been able to work nearly seamless for most of my tasks.

Nice laptop. Right size
I returned it, dudnt have backlit keyboard. Liked everything else about it, would recommend if you didnt need backlit keyboard.

Light, fast, powerful - great display
Bought this for my partner - he was tired of his Chromebook. He hates change and was very pleased with how easy it was to get this PC up and running. He's VERY happy with the display. It's light so will be easy for him to take on his business trave.
