Fast and light weight.
It’s fast and light weight. Touch screen is great. Comes with a pen. Perfect for teen to take to college. Fits in backpack but can do the graphics. She loves taking pictures and can download and edit with ease.

Harware failure
Shortly after warranty expiration, unit would not turn on. Found my exact issue described in a Lenovo support forum. Called Lenovo support to see if they could help. No luck. Complete fatal motherboard failure. Look elsewhere or at a minimum buy the extended warranty.

This computer is beautiful!! My complaint is the battery life is not the best. It did not last me my full school day unfortunately. The cursor would randomly go away and for an i7 it isn’t fast as I thought it would be. It does get pretty warm but the fan isn’t that loud. I’m just a very picky person when it comes to computers. 2 in 1 Laptop is top notch
Although I could spend more money, this 2 in 1 performs as I need for most basic work.
Most reviews on the internet are for older versions and it is nice to have the 16gig memory and the pen is a nice added bonus when in tablet mode.
Microsoft still has some issues in tablet mode but I have been able to work nearly seamless for most of my tasks.

Review of Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5
I haven't owned it long enough for detailed analysis of all its performance, but so far the Flex 5 has exceeded all of my expectations for high speed and high powered use, I like the size and flexibility of the 14" model. The transition from Windows 10 to 11 seems straightforward. I think this is an excellent laptop for its price.

Blazing fast computer
Blazing fast computer. I am using this computer for work presentations and travel. It is light enough, boots rapidly, and allows great multitasking. Great number of versatile input and output ports and battery life is solid. Love the fingerprint reader as well. Have not discovered any negatives to this point.

I had two bad experiences with Lenovo. The first Lenovo laptop had a defect in the opening and closing of the screen. In 14 months the screen cracked. In two years it needed a screen replacement.
