Horrible
Probably the worst printer I've ever had. The ink clogs, it's a nightmare setting up wifi, the ink gets all over you hands when you change them out. The user interface is not intuitive either.

Great product: Perfect convenience
This printer is very good, like our previous Brother home office style printer. It was very simple and easy to install and delivered excellent prints immediately. No wiring connected, just plug it in, type in the WiFi info, and on it ran.

Once we got it set up, it works great. It was a VERY difficult process to set up! The tech support was not very helpful. We persevered and finally got it to work.

Started out great but now not working
After I first set up the printer/scanner it worked great. However, after a recent update my printer is offline and I cannot connect to it.

Great printer for home use
This printer works great. I have printed in color and on two sides...easy and seamless. I had to set it up using my computer because the app on my phone did not work. It was delivered the next day from Staples...couldn't have been easier.

This lasted less than a year
No power before the year ended.
Love Brother printers but this one failed. Just bought a ton of new ink. Now nothing.
No idea what Staples or Brother will do. But I have to sit here without being able to print.

Simply put, the device is unreliable. The device often goes to sleep while I'm working on something and must be powered off and restarted. It's operation is completely unpredictable.

not what I expected.
It isn't that wasy to connect to WiFi. It also isn't as easy to setup as the HP's. This machine always disconnects from WiFi and I have trouble hooking up to my home WiFi.This machine works better using USB to use this machine. I wished I would have paid a little more and purchased a HP printer.

Easiest Set Up
This brother printer was super simple to set up right out of the box. It gives the option for online or offline setup which I like and it also has the option to use an app for your phone. Great quality, double sided wireless printing
Print quality and color quality are great! Easy to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Love that it prints double sided. The printing speed is pretty good too.
