Not quite for business purposes
The HP Smart Tank all in one is a great machine. The color is great its easy to operate but trying to fax a huge quantity at one time just isn't designed for that purpose. It will only fax about 4 sheets at a time. Also the length of time to get something copied or faxed is a long period. Hp 7301 Printer
Best tank printer I’ve owned so far. Paper tray is a great feature. No fax feature no longer needed as we all send pdf files these days.

Buy this printer you will be pleased
I just got the printer set up yesterday. I took my time and the printer is a charm. It is fast at the print jobs and we were able to set up to print from Laptop; Tablet; and phones.So far very pleased. The only complaint so far is the timeout isn't working yet for sleep or shutdown. And printer nice looking too so nice to have a pleasant two tone unit.

Wouldn't waste the money piece of junk
This printer has been the biggest regret purchasing it to use for work. This is the worst HP printer I have ever owned. No touchscreen interface. Fails to print very slow to print when it does print. I have to unplug the machine several times a day to reset it. Only good thing about it is that it has the ink tanks and no cartridges to purchase. Thats about the only...

So far so good
I am Super happy with how easy the Set up process was. I followed the step by step directions exactly and was set up and printing within 45 minutes! I bypassed the Wifi option (which was a nice option to have as I don't need to print using the Wifi feature as of yet) Printing is slow when cycling to print the first page but pretty fast thereafter

I needed to replace an older Canon printer which stopped working. The young man at Staples was very knowledgeable about all the printers in stock. my only problem was getting it to print cost me $199.00 on my new computer because in the process of trying to download it said download an extra set of drivers and it would not work. so I tried and it took me to a place in Florida that does help and they found that my drivers on my new computer had been destroyed and they had to restore my drivers on my NEW computer. Ink Great Other Features Not So Much
Can't remove the Paper Tray and I dislike that so much I wouldn't buy again. Raising the lid and having it fall is stupid. If you lift up on the lid at that max point it will stay but if you put it down without lifting on the lid it never works right again. Another reason I wouldn't buy again. Horrible!!!
The printer is pretty and looks like it has all the bells and whistles. I fight with a non-existent paper jam more than I print or scan. Waste of time.
