This printer is THE BEST!! Love the ink in bottles, and it's a lot quieter and faster than my previous HP printer. Installation was so easy.

Control Panel lighting.
Unless something is printing, most of the lighting is off making it difficult to use! Even when something is printing, some of the lighting is off!

Great all-in-one printer
My old HP printer's cartridge carrier jammed so I needed a printer right away. This printer was on sale, so I ordered it online. It arrived in 1 day and I'm impressed. Great printer. It does everything I need. Will never go back to cartridges again!

Very happy I purchased
Very very happy, it has more than expected features. I had also purchased an HP laptop and being able to connect my laptop my phone and my tablet to it and be able to remotely print is absolutely amazing so I don't necessarily need to be at home to print something that I need. Very easy to set up and the printing quality is great.

Vibrant colours, high quality, borderless, perfect for small business
Print quality is very nice, I make greetings cards, stickers and bookmarks and the colours are vibrant, resolution is great. Double sided printing is a bonus but it doesn't always line up perfectly with the automatic duplex printing. The connection often cut out and I have to unplug it. Great home office printer

A solid printer with software issues
This is a good solid printer with tanks, not cartridges, that should save money (as well be ecologically better). Prints and copies fast, and scans competently.

Set up took way to long
Set up took way too long. I ended up having to get a second computer and my phone to get my wifi to finally connect. Bring back the direct connect so set up is easier.

It's just ok.
We have had HP printers for many years and have been very satisfied. However, we find the Smart Tank 6001 to be short of the mark. We've barely had it a month and have had to call support twice. The printer is somewhat finicky and we've had to turn it off and restart several minutes later to straighten things out. Overall, not the best choice imho.
