It didn't meet my needs
The print quality was good. It doesn't have automatic 2 sided printing and it doesn't tell you which way to load for the second side. It is not possible to load much paper and it has to sit out on top of the printer sticking up. It won't automatically print from a PDF, you have to open Adobe Reader or something program like that and save it. It was not easy to chang...

This has stop working or two times. I have some one fix it twice.
I have used HP PRINTERS for many years . This is the worse printer that I have ever haved from HP.

Happy Birthday to me. The ink loading was fun. Nice printer. Didn't care for the web site to set up so chose the manual option. Took about an hour for my phone and computer to find the new printer. Once it found it it was smooth sailing.

Horrible quality and customer service

We like cartridge free printing. When on fine print setting for photos you receive a great print even on regular paper. Very compact , does not do all the fancy offerings our previous printer did but it does enough. I never used the FAX and some of the other features anyway. I might miss the larger size paper but it does print on a heaver weight paper than our previous ...

HP 6000 Printer
I replaced my old HP inkjet printer - so old that the ink as no longer available. I’m a clutz with computers, and was unable to get the new laser printer to sync with my desktop Mac via Bluetooth. But they worked fine with a cable connection. It’s a great printer.

Poor Choice
I was in need of a new printer that was wireless yet could be connected directly to the pc. It also had to have a fax. I was assured by an employee that other than dired connection it would meet my expections. Well it would not connect correctly with my WIFI but also did not have a fax. I was not happy and returned it!!!

Wouldn't work
I returned this printer. After several days of trying to get my PC to find it,I finally gave up. When i took it back I was told it was the fifth one returned in the last few days. Don't buy this model. Obviously it is defective

The HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One is ideal when I needed to print 5”x7” and 8.5”x 11” glossy photos for a baseball banquet when my old printer stopped printing pretty. It's an ok printer
This printer has performed adequately; however, there are a few areas that require attention. The paper feeder tends to pull two sheets of paper simultaneously, which can disrupt workflow. Additionally, the print smudges when highlighting text with a highlighter marker. Addressing these issues would enhance its overall functionality.

Nice printer although very difficult to setup it took several days working with the store technician to get it to work and print. Tried to contact the customer service for the printer but they would not return my calls or emails. With all the trouble to get it setup it is a nice printer.
