It didn't meet my needs
The print quality was good. It doesn't have automatic 2 sided printing and it doesn't tell you which way to load for the second side. It is not possible to load much paper and it has to sit out on top of the printer sticking up. It won't automatically print from a PDF, you have to open Adobe Reader or something program like that and save it. It was not easy to chang...

A slow start...
I had a slow start getting my printer set up and running. The plug that goes into the back of the printer does not have a snug fit. Replaces decades old HP Office jet pro-8600
My old HP office jet pro Printer was purchased over 10 years ago, on the advice of a staples associate over ink cost. Great Choice for High Volume Users
Very pleased with print quality. Although my wife and I are not high volume users, but even so, we saw the Smart Tank 6001 as a potential means to cut ink costs. We are 6 months here in Central NY and 6 months in Florida. So I'm expecting it may prove to be necessary to replace the printer heads each spring when we return.

Regretting Purchase
Have had so many issues with it (blue tooth not connecting, saying it's on wifi but on our computer it says it's not). We have tried different computers and it doesn't matter. Also the paper feed is stuck and we are afraid if we tug too much it will snap.

Very slow, uses a lot of ink (paper wet) when printing color, paper feed is open in the front and paper pushes back and often needs to be pushed forward so paper can feed.

This is the worst printer ever encountered. It won't even shut down at times without unplugging it. When trying to cancel printing it doesn't respond. It has been a study in frustration.

An Early Review But Appears To Do The Job
I am not sure about the 2 years free ink as it would depwnd on how much you use the printer! I found it difficult to set up but with the help of HP staff it is working fine now. Print quality is very good although the old printer had a number of trays for different paper while this has only one. Not sure if I will find that is better or worse?

Awesome printer, it is definitely faster than the HP printer I had before. Love the fact that the ink will last longer. It prints beautiful and don't have anything bad to say.

Happy Birthday to me. The ink loading was fun. Nice printer. Didn't care for the web site to set up so chose the manual option. Took about an hour for my phone and computer to find the new printer. Once it found it it was smooth sailing.

Horrible quality and customer service
Horrible quality! Prints with lines through it. Sent it back to hp over a month ago and still waiting for a replacement. Nightmare!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
